Question How can I use my discount vouchers?
AnswerYou can enter the discount coupon you want to use in the “Promotion Code” field next to the products you want to buy in the basket section.

  • You can use a maximum of 1 discount voucher on one order.
  • The discount coupon cannot be combined with other campaigns and the discount amount/rate defined in your coupon will be applied to the non-discounted items in your basket.

Question Can I get information about your review procedure?
AnswerThe product sent to us with a request for inspection regarding the return process is examined by our production and quality control team for compliance with the necessary return conditions.

  • If your product is suitable for the product category you purchased, you can send it for inspection with your invoice.
  • Inspection cannot be carried out for products without an invoice.
  • If a production-based error is detected in the product, it is returned.
  • It is not possible to return products that have been damaged due to use and improper cleaning processes.

Question Can the product of my order be out of stock?
AnswerMost of the products sold on novatelier.com are limited to a single edition. If these products are sold out, the product will be closed to order in the store.

For stocked products, the stock status of the product is checked after your order reaches us. If the stock of the product of your order is out of stock, your return transaction is carried out and you will be informed through our customer service unit.

Question Do I have to pay the shipping costs when returning the product?
AnswerThe shipping fee for returns and exchanges is covered by our company. In order to benefit from free shipping, you must send it to the NOV Atelier return address using Yurtiçi Kargo or MNG Kargo, which we have contracted with the return code to be created.

  • The shipping fee for shipments sent by other cargo companies and without a return code belongs to the buyer.

Question What should I pay attention to when collecting my order?
AnswerYou can receive your order from the cargo officer against signature by presenting a picture ID document.

When receiving your product, you must open the cargo box and make sure that the product content is complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, you must send the product back by keeping a report to the cargo officer.

If you are not personally present at your address during delivery, your order is delivered to the person at the delivery address after checking the picture ID and obtaining his signature.
